About this role:

As a founding member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our inbound and outbound strategies. You’ll work closely with our Founders and Product/Tech teams to gain a deep understanding of our product and translate customer insights into actionable sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Creating Awareness and Driving New Pipeline: Act as our brand ambassador, actively spreading awareness about our product and generating new opportunities for our Founders to close.

● Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize a variety of outreach methods—including cold emailing, calling, LinkedIn engagement, gifting, and social selling—to uncover new sales prospects.

● Nurturing Leads: Dive deep into lead generation, nurturing warm prospects, and identifying new sales opportunities.

● Inbound Demo Management: Efficiently handle inbound demo requests, ensuring that prospects are engaged and ready for their demos.

● Prospect Qualification: Conduct initial research to identify and qualify prospects, ensuring that you focus on the best fits to save time and resources.

● Understanding Customer Needs: Develop a keen understanding of our prospects’ needs and suggest the right products or services to meet those needs.

● Playbook Refinement: Contribute to refining our lead generation playbook by incorporating best practices you discover throughout your experience.

● Relationship Building: Build lasting connections with prospects, transforming leads into valuable sales opportunities.

● Opportunity Scouting: Stay alert for new business opportunities in the market, always on the hunt for potential leads.

● Sales Tools Utilization: Research and utilize the best, latest, and most cost-effective sales tools available, ensuring our team is equipped for success.

● Reporting: Keep the Sales Manager updated on your weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements.

Qualifications:

● Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

● Communication Champ: Your LinkedIn, phone, email game? Top-notch.

● Creative Solutions Savvy: Show us your knack for thinking outside the box and those sharp analytical skills.

● Tech Whiz: Proficient in navigating tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Intent tools.
